Dr. Ranjodh Gill, MD, FACP is an endocrinologist who has been teaching and practicing since 1997. He is a professor of Internal Medicine and Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) school of medicine in Richmond, Virginia with appointment at McGuire Veterans Administration Medical Center. His responsibilities include teaching, supervising medical students, residents and fellows as well as seeing patients in men’s health clinic. Besides that, he has been active in serving on various academic and administrative committees at local, regional, state, national and international level.

Most recently, he has been re-elected to be chair of Marketing, Communications and Membership Committee with International Society of Clinical Densitometry where he also serves on its Scientific Advisory Committee. Additionally he has been chair of Associates’ Program at Virginia chapter of American College of Physicians (ACP) and serves as mentor and judge at national meetings of ACP and Endocrine Society.

He is actively engaged in teaching and clinical activities at both VCU and VA medical center. His clinical and research interests are male hypogonadism, thyroid disease and male osteoporosis and he is involved in multiple clinical studies being conducted at VAMC. His other interests include creative writing, participating in his children’s activities and listening to smooth jazz music.
