Dr. Roberts attended Mary Washington College for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia. He completed a family medicine residency and sports medicine fellowship at Duke University Medical Center and following graduation he worked as one of the team physicians in the sports medicine department and urgent care prior to joining Bon Secours.  He currently works at St Francis Family Medicine Center where he is the program director for the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program.  He is the team physician for the Richmond Kickers and Powhatan High School, medical director for the Monument 10K, and physician during the Washington Redskins Training Camp.
