Dr. Beth Rubinstein is a clinician educator and practicing Rheumatologist at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).  She completed her Internal medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship training at VCU, and she joined the faculty in 2007.  She has been very involved in the education of medical students, residents and fellows.  She serves as the course director for the VCU School of Medicine Movement (Musculoskeletal) course, where she is involved in developing new teaching modules and creating innovative learning opportunities for medical students.  Dr. Rubinstein also serves on the  admissions committee and the curriculum council for the VCU School of Medicine. Outside of VCU, she is involved with the Virginia Society of Rheumatology, where she serves as an executive board member. She enjoys treating patients with a variety of rheumatologic conditions and has a special interest in the care of people with lupus
