Nurse Manager 11.22- Present

• In charge of all staff education and professional development.
• In charge of budget and staffing.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure best care including 28 different service lines. Also, a brain injury and general rehab resource other nurses on unit/ hospital.
• Work with hospitals around Virginia to ensure safe and effective care for the incarcerated patients. Also, a resource for VCU health and state of Virginia.
• Teach classes for ACLS and professional development for the hospital.
• Provide direct patient care and education.
• Work with patients with LVAD, SCI and assist nurses with declogging Clines and PICC lines. Ensure safe care of 28 different service lines.
