Overview
This year's symposium is intended to raise awareness and understanding on how to facilitate complex decisions in cardiovascular care. Multidisciplinary healthcare providers will present their unique insights through podium presentations, and poster presentations.

Registration

The registration fee includes program materials, continuing education credits, continental breakfast, refreshments and luncheon. Online registration is through VCU Health’s Learning Exchange. Non-VCU participants will need to create an account in order to register. Credit card payment is online via a secure encrypted card processor.

Before October 19, 2018: $125
After October 19, 2018: $145

Cancellation Policy
Full refund, minus $25 processing fee for written cancellations postmarked by Friday, October 19, 2018. No refunds will be given for cancellations postmarked after this date.

Call for Posters
Heart Matters is accepting submissions for poster presentations. Please submit your abstract no later than October 19, 2018. Please email us at paul.swadley@vcuhealth.org for the application form.
