Overview

The 14th Annual Leading the Way Interprofessional Leadership Conference is designed for the healthcare leader working in a professional setting from the surrounding mid-Atlantic Region to connect with other professionals in collectively learning, sharing insights, and discussing core industry issues. The conference is specifically designed for the interprofessional healthcare professional working in varied leadership and management roles including, but not limited to, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Continuing Education
Nurses: 6.0 Contact Hours. VCU Health is approved as a provider of continuing nursing education by the Virginia Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Physicians: VCU Health Continuing Medical Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
VCU Health Continuing Medical Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Allied Health Providers: 0.6 CEU* The continuing education activity meets the criteria of Virginia Commonwealth University and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. (*0.1 CEU equals 1 contact hour.)

Registration

Registration Fee - $130Includes all sessions, program materials, CE credit certificate, continental breakfast, break refreshments, and lunch, and parking. NOTE: Minimum and maximum numbers for attendance at this conference have been established, and we reserve the right to substitute speakers/topics, or cancel if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund minus $15 processing fee given for WRITTEN CANCELLATIONS postmarked by October 5, 2017. No refunds will be given for cancellations postmarked after this date. Due to the popularity of in this conference, we urge you to register early. Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
