Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Recognize their role in the successful implementation of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) across the continuum.
  2. Discuss safety skills and knowledge relevant to caring for the pediatric population.
  3. Describe skills and evidence-based techniques for peer mentorship.
  4. Identify best practices for right-sizing operating room staff.
  5. Discuss approaches for difficult conversations with pediatric patients.
