The complex world of wound care has grown exponentially over the past years, and with it, an increased knowledge is required to navigate the changing landscape. This conference serves to provide nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, and allied health professionals with the necessary strategies to enhance their practice and optimize patient care in treating wounds and skin disorders. The faculty are local, regional, and nationally-known experts and clinicians who are passionate, invested, and equipped to deliver cutting-edge education.

1. Identify challenges associated with healing complex wounds.
2. Discuss best practices for the care of burn wounds.
3. Appropriately assess pediatric skin and select appropriate products in management of pediatric dermatological care needs.
4. Describe the basics of enteric fistula management.
5. Recognize and treat complex dermatologic conditions.
6. Discuss the role of physical therapy in managing functional limitations that contribute to wound formation and healing.
