2021 Odyssey Conference: Educating the Acute and Critical Care Nurse

The Odyssey Conference is designed to meet the current learning needs of nurses involved in the care of acute and critically ill patients, empowering them to be “All In" both for patients and themselves – continuously advancing their practice while also fostering personal resiliency.

This conference is offered by the Greater Richmond Area Chapter (GRAC) of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) in partnership with VCU Health Continuing Education.

1. Apply evidence-based approaches to care delivery to optimize patient outcomes.
2. Discuss strategies for personal wellness and resiliency in critical care nursing.
3. Identify best practices for creating and sustaining healthy teams and work environments.

Cancellation Policy
We will issue refunds up until 5 days after the event to the original payment method. Refund requests need to be submitted in writing to [email protected].

In support of improving patient care, VCU Health Continuing Education is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

VCU Health Continuing Education designates this activity for a maximum of 9.25 ANCC contact hours. Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Certificates of participation are provided to attendees not eligible for ANCC credits.
